Norland Unwrapped — Degree taster session: The Baby Years

We’re hosting a virtual Norland Unwrapped session to offer prospective students a glimpse into the content that our students study on our BA (Hons) Early Childhood Education and Care degree and Norland diploma.

Tamsin Grimmer, Principal Lecturer in Early Years, and Dawn Evans, Early Years Lecturer, will lead this unmissable taster session on our second-year core module, The Baby Years. This session will cover the incredible changes from conception to the first year, including theories on how babies grow and develop, and how early years practitioners can support holistic development. Students will also share their experiences and how they’ve applied their learnings in practice when working with babies and families.
