    Our Open Days are a great way to explore our campuses and get a glimpse of life as an East 15 student.
    24 October 2026 - 10:00 to 16:30

    Our Loughton Open Day is scheduled for Sunday 24 October 2026 and is a great chance to explore the courses available at our Loughton campus. There will be two sessions to choose from:

     

    • - 10am-1pm
    • - 1.30pm-4.30pm
    •  

    Watching our student productions at the Corbett Theatre is another excellent way to experience the Loughton campus and see our students in action. Visit our Productions and Events page for information on upcoming shows and ticket bookings. 

     

    You can also take a virtual tour of our Loughton campus. 

     

    Courses available at our Loughton campus:

    BA Acting, BA Acting (International), BA Acting & Contemporary Theatre, BA Stage Management, CERT HE Acting and Theatre Arts (1 Year), MA Acting, MA Acting (International), MFA Acting (International), MA Theatre Directing and MFA Theatre Directing.

    University of Essex - Clearing Open Day

    The Clearing Open Day is held at our Colchester campus on Saturday 15 August.

    Attending an Open Day will give you a chance to get to know Essex if you haven’t visited us yet (or if you’ve been to see us already and just fancy another look around).

    On the day, you’ll be able to see our accommodation, get a tour of campus including our commuter specific spaces and facilities, meet some of our academics, chat to current students and student services.

    Please make sure you check-in when you arrive – you’ll even get a goody bag! Check-in opens at 10am and the day ends at 2pm so there is plenty of time to explore.
