Hello I'm Gemma and I am in my first year at Southampton Solent University studying BA (Hons) Sports Journalism.  

In the future I would love to be working in the press box for my favourite teams and the fact that I can get paid for it excites me so much! 

My start to uni life has been a bit different than normal as I came with a broken knee but have settled in very well and met some of the best people :)

I am now a Masters student studying Multimedia Journalism with aspirations to be a music and entertainment reporter/presenter. I love music and radio and have been a presenter at Nerve for the last three years, and I was also Head of Music on the committee for two years. I've also been a Student Ambassador for about a year and a half, happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
