In addition, Huddersfield is one of the most budget friendly places for students to live, with an average weekly rent at just £127 – well below the national average. We also offer access to a hardship fund, plus there are plenty of opportunities to earn while you learn, including our Student Ambassador Scheme which offers paid roles on campus, and our Job Shop can also support you in finding work within the local area.

Whilst we don’t lower our entry requirements based on personal circumstances, we do offer schemes like Headstart and our Progression Module to enable you to gain additional UCAS points. At Huddersfield you’ll also find a range of Foundation courses available if you miss out on the standard entry criteria.
