Summary

This session aims to provide an overview of training provider customer satisfaction over the last admissions cycle. The session will cover top-level findings from the end of cycle provider satisfaction survey, key themes of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and how we will be working to address these. At the end of the session, training providers will have the opportunity to share their experiences of the previous admissions cycle, and to feed back the one change they’d like to see to further improve their customer experience.
