UCAS Teacher Training Update

Harry is responsible for the ownership of service delivery for UCAS Teacher Training. This role involves:

• actively risk managing all service delivery and operational variables, and responding to escalated complaints received by the Customer Experience Centre/support teams
• acting as subject matter expert to support the product owners for development projects, and managing the prioritisation of client feedback and backlog stories
• identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of UCAS Teacher Training

Harry joined UCAS in 2011 as a Customer Service Adviser. He then spent a year with the HEP Team, before moving into the Scheme Delivery Team in 2014. He previously had ownership of the UCAS Conservatoires scheme, but has since taken on the role of Scheme Delivery Owner for UCAS Teacher Training.
