Working within Outreach and Student Recruitment at the University of Exeter over the past four years, Laura has supported students from all backgrounds in accessing university. Moving into the international recruitment sector has enabled her to expand her knowledge and understanding of alternative qualifications, and to focus on supporting international students in getting a place at the right university for them. Within all that Laura does, building relationships and working with people – students, teachers, colleagues – is one of her key passions.
