A graduate of the University of Stirling, Ryan has worked in both UK and international recruitment at several different universities for over ten years. He has worked at LIPA since April 2019, where he oversees recruitment and admissions for international students, who make up almost 25% of the student population. Ryan has extensive experience in the US market, and has visited 25 different US states to date – with ambitions to visit more in 2020.
