James is Director of the British Section of the Lycée International in Saint Germain-en-Laye, France, and President of the Association des Sections Internationales Britanniques et Anglophones (ASIBA) where he works in close collaboration with the French Ministry of Education and Cambridge Assessment International Education on the organisation and development of the International version of the French baccalaureate (Option Internationale du Baccalauréat, OIB).
