Since joining UCAS in 2013, I’ve spent the last eight years ensuring my university and college customers have had the best experience working with us, alongside leading on several UK wide engagement projects, including a number of Admissions Conferences and our Name-Blind Admissions study. Prior to UCAS, I spent seven years in HE, working in a variety of Admissions, Marketing and Recruitment roles.
