MSc Theory and Practice in Clinical Psychology (with clinical or research placement)

I am a Masters student studying Clinical Psychology, I recently graduated from Psychology at Reading university. I am hoping to attain a role as a clinical psychologist, working with young people and supporting them with their mental health difficulties. I recently completed a placement year with CAMHS NHS which I really enjoyed and am always ready to talk about my Placement! Aside from Psychology, I have a huge passion for fashion and interior design and wish to pursue that alongside my career. I come from Slough and I am also a first generation university student. I have both commuted and lived out so I have had a range of experiences at the uni!

Hey there! I’m Neha – a British-Indian Psychology student currently on my placement year, working towards my goal of becoming a psychologist and supporting people with mental health challenges.

If you have questions about placements, I’ve got you! I’m currently doing one myself and would love to share insights. I also remember how stressful A-levels, UCAS, and even Clearing can feel – I’ve been through it all, so you're definitely not alone. I'm always happy to chat and share my experiences to help make things feel a little less overwhelming.

Outside of studies, I’m involved in a few cultural societies on campus, and I can tell you all about the vibrant, diverse community here – from fun events to the best food spots around! I love coffee catch-ups, music, and traveling when I get the chance.
