I have a big interest in public law, particularly family law and child welfare. Beyond my studies, I work part-time, and I’m involved in community outreach programmes. I volunteer at a conversation class helping newly arrived communities build confidence in their English skills, and I lead a school volunteering project where I get to support kids with their reading. I love embracing new experiences, and I absolutely adore dogs!

I have a lot of passions and hobbies that vary across many different areas; for example, I am an avid reader and studied English Literature for a long time, even though I am doing a Maths degree. I also love space and astronomy and have pursued this outside my academics. My mixed interests have always confused me and intrigued others - I have learned to embrace all the different things that makes my character!

Hi! I’m Linyue Zhang, a postgraduate student at the University of Warwick, studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My academic interests lie in Power Electronics and Electrical Power Systems, and I enjoy exploring how technology can be applied to real-world engineering challenges.
