Beyond academics, I have experience in healthcare, research, and volunteering. I am British Italian with an Anglo-Indian heritage, and reside in London. My English and Creative Writing undergraduate degree will prepare me for an English Literature MA and PhD, specialising in 19th-century women's writing and its relevance to contemporaneous debates about feminism. I plan to become an English professor in an Italian university. I am also undertaking the TEFL diploma course which will aid me in teaching English in Milano, and an advanced Italian course to develop my language learning! I enjoy researching and exploring Anglo-Indian history and culture which is prevalent in my creative non-fiction stories based on my grandmother and great-grandfather.
