Our improved process means you are now able to submit bulk data by using the spreadsheet, as well as individual entries. If you are using the spreadsheet, please aim to have these submitted by 7 October.
When managing RPAs please remember to check the following:
- does the applicant already have a live application in weblink?
- make sure the course details match what is open in the Collection Tool, including campuses and start dates
- If you are using the spreadsheet, make sure you have downloaded the latest version, do not re-format it to a different file type, and always make sure macros are enabled
- only enter data in the correct format. Spreadsheet users can refer to the Allowable Values tab to check this.
