UCAS terms and conditions for contractors and suppliers

At the March 2013 annual general meeting, the members of UCAS approved our new governance structure, including constitutional changes to our Board. These changes enable UCAS to operate at a more agile level with the strategic leadership and governance that is required to assure successful delivery of public benefit to both members and applicants. The constitution of UCAS is such that it is not considered a contracting authority under the Public Contracts Regulation 2006 and procurements will not be conducted under the Regulations.
