How do I attend?
The conference is completely online, so it is accessible from anywhere with internet access (although Chrome is advised as is using a laptop rather than a mobile device). You need to register via the link on this website, and then we will send you more information about how to join the conference platform nearer the time.
How long is the conference?
The conference is for one day on Friday 2 July. However, you will be able to access live sessions on the day of the conference and also view the session recordings and download any supplementary materials (presentations and handouts) for 30 days afterwards.
Is the conference live and will I be able to interact with speakers?
Plenary sessions will be completely live and you will be able to interact with the speakers. Breakout sessions will also be live, although some will include pre-recorded presentations. All breakout sessions will include live Q&A. As for a physical conference, you can choose which sessions you want to attend live, however (unlike a physical conference) you can also view the sessions you didn’t get to attend live, at your leisure after the event.
Will I be able to interact with other delegates?
Yes. You will be able to see who else is in attendance, and post messages. Being part of the live Q&A during sessions also means that you are constantly interacting with other delegates and benefitting from their experience and perspectives.
Will the content be accessible after the event?
Yes. You will be able to view all of the session recordings plus download presentations and handouts for 30 days after the event.
