Arden University brings you Taster Week! In this Healthcare Management Taster Session, Healthcare Management Programme Team Leader Saikou Sanyang will give an overview of Healthcare Management followed by a taster lecture on 'Why an Understanding of Project Management is Crucial for Healthcare Managers', taken from the 'Healthcare Project Management and Risk' module that is part of the Healthcare Management Degree course.

Saikou will also be running a mini taster lecture on 'Why an understanding of Project Management is crucial for Healthcare Managers', taken from the 'Healthcare Project Management and Risk' module that is part of the Healthcare Management degree course.

Saikou Sanyang is the Programme Team Leader for the BA (Hons) Healthcare Management programme and our Franchised Anglia Ruskin BSc Health and Social Care programme at Arden University. A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and Affiliate of the Chartered Management Institute, he has taught on a number of health and social care modules. His experience is in clinical practice, clinical trials work and care management and have supervised across health and social care and business management projects and Dissertations.

His research interest is in Formative feedback and Transdisciplinarity, Transdisciplinary learning styles and how this influences student-centred experiential learning in healthcare students. Saikou is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Health with Middlesex University’s School of Health and Education.
