Inspiring Choices Conference 2021

With the employment market changing, we want to help young people understand what skills they need to ‘future proof’ their career. Linking in with how to make the most of university to become more resilient and agile, this session will focus on how teachers and advisors can help their pupils prepare for the 4th Industrial Revolution and the job market post-COVID. With the emergence of online meetings and working from home, we will take a look at the skills now being asked for by employers and how students can stay ‘career’ active and employable.
