    Hi I’m Abbie 🫶🏻. I am a primary education student here at Leeds trinity completing my first year currently. I live at home and commute in for my lectures. I am a course representative so look very closely into student feedback. I am also the mental health officer for Leeds trinity and look forward to building campaigns to help those at trinity! I was very nervous joining university but realised very quickly it’s like family where everyone is supportive and tries to help at any opportunity. The campus is beautiful and I love to study in lots of different spaces to change up the scenery every now and again! I have a dog walking business to satisfy my love of animals and am also a student ambassador for university. I work part time in a pub not far from the university and love to go running in my spare time to clear my mind! I came from sixth form to university and knew what course I wanted to do. I’m here to answer all of your questions about life at university hoping to give an insight on the student life and what to expect!

    Hi! I'm Alexandra, in my final year of Finance with Actuarial Science. I love all things fun from enjoying the hustle and bustle of London to learning more about Finance and Actuarial Science, its exciting I get to do all that at City. A Malaysian/ Singaporean who loves cooking but also has her fair share of take outs ( I know some delicious spots!), made some good friends and have taken many flights over my term breaks. I love my degree because of the skills I get to hone especially analytically but also because of the exposure I have when I get to choose my electives- I am exposed and developed holistically. Regarding accommodation: I've tried Halls, Private Student Accommodation and Private Accommodation. I got in through UK A Levels and a UOL Foundation Certificate.     Hi, I’m Alexia! I’m a second year student in my undergraduate degree (including a placement year), working as a student ambassador for BU. I have Portuguese parents but I was born in the UK, so I am more fluent in English but I can hold a good conversation in Portuguese :]. In the future, I want to become a counselling psychologist/therapist and also pursue music in some form (although that bit isn’t planned out yet lol). I have 2 Mainecoon cats and practice a variety of sports and musical instruments, including kickboxing and piano. It’ll be tough to balance everything this year but I’m determined to stay healthy and happy throughout my degree and make the most out of the social aspect of uni!
