How does UCAS ensure data is kept safe when working with suppliers?
All UCAS applicant data is stored within the United Kingdom (UK) or European Economic Area (EEA). Where we use the services of a supplier which involves transferring personal data outside of the UK or EEA, we will implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an Internation Data Transfer Agreement within the contract for the personal data transferred.
