Silva Carver is the Business Change Coordinator at UCAS. She is responsible for our Operations business unit colleagues understanding any changes in the equipment or teams they work with, and ensuring they are as prepared as possible for any changes, including training on new products and services. She is also involved in our Business Operational Readiness Assessment procedures, which enable UCAS to confidently release new products and services across the business.
