You will also discover we offer Extended Degrees as an entry year programme, designed as a preparatory year to ready you for the transition to the full degree programme of your choice and to develop your portfolio and technical skills in a specialist subject area, should you need it. This is a much more personal day than a traditional Open day , where you can discover our unique creative community, take part in exciting workshops and demonstrations and get involved with an interactive contextual studies session led by one of our senior lecturers, Jason Hirons.
There will be short myth-busting talks on financing your studies, careers in the creative industries, and student support and student life here at Plymouth College of Art, with plenty of time to ask questions and we can also arrange for you to have an informal chat with our Programme Leaders and perhaps the chance for one of our academics to have a look at your work and give you some feedback.
