Sarah’s career at UCAS began in 2005, when she started as an Administrative Support Officer – she has worked in Operations ever since. All her roles have involved working with various customer groups, including advisers, providers, schools, applicants, and stakeholders, which have provided her with a thorough foundation for looking through the customer lens. Most recently, Sarah has been involved with the development of the adviser and agent portals, and in her current role, she is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of UCAS’ collection and search tools.
