UCAS undertakes an annual satisfaction survey to gather views from parents and guardians on our products and services, as well as our communication methodologies. The intelligence we gain from this survey is used to inform us about communications and marketing strategies for the following cycle.
The survey asks for views on UCAS’ information and advice provision for parents, what type of information they need, and when and how they’d like to receive it. For the first time, we asked parents about their experiences, specifically with universities and colleges.
This workshop will share the high-level results of the 2017 UCAS Parent Survey, and will host a panel of parents to share their experiences to fuel discussion around how we can all support this key customer group.
Any provider looking for insight into what parents want will find this workshop extremely valuable.
